The Action Clutch Stage 3 (1MS) Clutch & Flywheel Kit is built for the 2009-2014 Acura TSX (K24) and delivers 170% increased holding capacity over the factory clutch kit - making it the go-to upgrade for K24 builds pushing past stock power levels on the street, at the drag strip, or on the drift course.
The kit centers around a Sprung MIBA Ceramic disc (available in 4-puck or 6-puck configuration) paired with a heavy-duty single diaphragm pressure plate with reinforced drive straps. The ceramic disc delivers quicker, more positive engagement compared to a stock organic setup. There will be some clutch chatter during the break-in period - that is completely normal and will minimize significantly after the recommended 500-mile break-in. A lightened flywheel is included to sharpen throttle response and improve rev pickup.
One of the biggest failure points on high-performance clutch kits is springs ejecting from the disc hub under load. Action Clutch addresses this with their patented fully enclosed spring retainers, which keep the torsional springs contained at all times - eliminating that failure mode entirely. Every kit is inspected and signed off by engineers with over 60 years of collective experience before it ships.
This kit requires a Hondata FlashPro or equivalent tuning device for proper clutch engagement calibration. Do not install this kit on an untuned vehicle.
