  • Hasport CVRR Rear Engine Mount - 2018-2022 Accord 1.5T/2.0T

The stock rubber rear engine mount on your 2018-2022 Accord lets the motor rock back and forth under acceleration and it's killing power delivery to the wheels. Every time you get on the throttle hard, the motor twists in the engine bay and you're losing energy flexing the mount instead of putting it to the ground. Hasport's CVRR rear engine mount replaces that soft factory mount with laser-cut steel brackets and urethane bushings that lock the motor down. The result's less engine movement, better power transfer to the wheels, and way more direct throttle response. If you've got a 1.5T or 2.0T Accord - manual or automatic - and you want the car to feel tighter and more responsive, this is one of the best bang-for-buck mods you can do.

Here's What the Stock Mount's Doing Wrong

Honda designed the factory rear engine mount to isolate vibration and keep the cabin quiet. That's great for a stock Accord putting around town but the soft rubber lets the motor move way too much when you're accelerating hard. The engine rocks back under throttle, it pitches forward when you lift, and all that movement's flexing the drivetrain instead of putting power down. You're also getting wheel hop on hard launches because the motor's bouncing around instead of staying planted. The Hasport mount fixes that by replacing the soft rubber with urethane bushings that don't flex nearly as much. The motor stays put and the power goes where it's supposed to go, to the wheels.

    Pick Your Durometer

Hasport makes this mount in four different urethane durometers so you can pick how stiff you want it. Here's what each one does:

    62A (Softest):
This is the closest to stock feel. You're getting way less engine movement than the factory mount but you're not adding much vibration to the cabin. If you're daily driving your Accord and you just want tighter throttle response without the car buzzing at idle, go with 62A. It's the most comfortable option.

    70A (Street Performance):
This is the sweet spot for most people. You're getting noticeably firmer engine control than 62A but it's still comfortable enough for daily driving. If you're doing spirited street driving or occasional autocross, 70A's the move. You'll feel more vibration at idle but it's not annoying.

    88A (Track-Focused):
This is stiff. The motor barely moves and power transfer's excellent but you're feeling more vibration through the cabin. If you're tracking your Accord regularly or you're chasing every bit of performance, 88A works. For a daily driver, it's probably too much unless you don't care about vibration.

    94A (Competition):
This is the firmest option Hasport makes. The motor doesn't move at all and you're getting maximum power transfer but the cabin's buzzing at idle and you're feeling every vibration from the drivetrain. This is for dedicated track cars or competition builds where comfort doesn't matter. Don't run 94A on a daily driver unless you hate your passengers.

    What You're Going to Feel

After you install this mount, the first thing you'll notice is less engine movement. The motor stays planted when you get on the throttle instead of rocking back. Shifts feel crisper because the drivetrain's not flexing. Throttle response is more immediate because the motor's not moving around when you're modulating the pedal. Wheel hop on hard launches goes away or gets way better because the motor's locked down. The trade-off's more vibration in the cabin depending on which durometer you picked. At idle you'll feel more buzz through the chassis. That's normal - it's the motor vibration that the soft factory mount was absorbing. Most people get used to it in a few days.

Note: This is just the rear engine mount. Hasport currently only offers the rear mount and the upper mount for the CV Generation Honda Accord. Find the Upper Mount here, HAS-CVUP. Pick your durometer based on how you're using the car. For daily driving with some spirited runs, go with 62A or 70A. For regular track use, 88A works. For dedicated track cars, 94A's the choice. Installation's straightforward but you'll need to support the motor while you're swapping mounts. Use a floor jack with a block of wood under the oil pan to take the weight off the mount. Don't let the motor hang on the mount while you're unbolting it or you'll be fighting the weight.

  • Why we choose to sell Hasport mounts.
Hasport is a leading manufacturer of engine swap mounts for Honda and Acura vehicles. Like Hybrid Racing, Hasport was founded out of the love for racing and the need for high-quality products. The company originally focused on swapping engines for customer cars and would source mounts from another company. However, the quality of these parts where not up to their standards. Being unable to purchase high-quality mounts, they decided to make their own.
Hasport mounts are known for their use of high-quality materials, such as billet aluminum, and a unique formula for bushings. These mounts are designed to reduce engine movement and improve handling. This company has a reputation for attention to detail in their manufacturing process and has a commitment to quality control.
Each engine mount is inspected and tested before it is shipped to ensure that it meets Hasport's high-quality standards. Additionally, Hasport is known for its dedication to ensuring that their customers are satisfied with their products with their excellent warranty.
Whether you are K swapping an older Honda or replacing OEM engine mounts, Hasport is our recommendation. Hasport motor mounts are designed to improve handling and performance by reducing engine movement to improve traction and stability. They have developed a unique formula for creating their bushings. This makes the engine mounts less likely to lose their shape and support compared to other mount kits on the market. With Hasport's warranty paired with Hybrid Racing support, you can purchase with confidence.

  • This warranty covers any defect in materials or workmanship in your HASPORT engine mount kit.
Damage to the engine mount caused by abuse, misuse, modification, or excessive force is not covered, as well as consequential and incidental damage.
This warranty lasts as long as you own the engine mount.
HASPORT will repair or replace the engine mount if it is defective at no charge but is not responsible for costs of removing or re-installing the engine mount.
You must return the engine mount to HASPORT for inspection and pay the shipping cost for the return. Proof of purchase is required when obtaining warranty service. If an engine mount is defective, HASPORT will repair or replace it within 30 days of receipt.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
