Here's Why You'd Delete Your Antenna

Most people delete their antenna when they're going for a clean OEM+ look or they're not running their factory radio anymore. If you've swapped your factory head unit for something else or you're running no radio at all, you don't need that antenna sticking up from your fender. The antenna delete cover lets you pull the antenna and blank off the hole cleanly. It looks factory because it is factory. Honda used this exact cover on base model Civics and CRXs that didn't come with radios from the factory.

Gasket's Not Included and Honda Doesn't Make It Anymore

This cover doesn't come with the gasket that goes underneath it. The gasket's what seals the cover to your fender so water doesn't leak into the fender. Honda discontinued the gasket years ago, so you can't buy it from Honda anymore. You'll need to reuse your factory antenna gasket if it's still good, or you'll need to cut a custom gasket from rubber sheet material. If you bolt this cover on without a gasket, water's getting into your fender and you're going to get rust in there.

Water's going to leak into your pillar and you're going to have rust problems.
