You pulled the transmission for a clutch job or K swap, and now this cover is sitting in a parts bin somewhere - or worse, it's missing entirely. This is the genuine Honda OEM flywheel inspection cover for K series engines running aluminum oil pans. It bolts between your oil pan and transmission to close off the lower bellhousing, keeping road debris, dirt, and moisture away from your flywheel and clutch. Part number 21350-PRB-000. If you've got a steel oil pan, stop here - you need honda k20a3 flywheel inspection cover 21351 pna 000 instead.

Why It Goes Missing

This cover comes off during clutch jobs, transmission swaps, and K swaps - and it almost never makes it back on. It's one of those "I'll deal with it later" parts that ends up rattling around in a box forever. Without it, your flywheel and lower bellhousing are fully exposed to whatever's coming up from the road. Water, grit, rocks - none of that belongs near your clutch friction surface. Aluminum Pan vs. Steel Pan - Get This Right Before You Order

There are two versions of this cover, and they're not interchangeable. This part (21350-PRB-000) fits K series engines with aluminum oil pans - that covers the K20A2, K20Z1, K20Z3, and the K24Z family. If your engine has a steel oil pan, you need a different part number. Flip the engine over and check before you order. Wrong pan, wrong part.
