Hybrid Racing K Swap Fit Shifter Cables for K24Z/K20Z4/FD2

The Honda Fit K-Swap is one of the most rewarding builds in the Honda community. Lightweight chassis, nearly perfect weight distribution, and a K-series up front. But getting the swap dialed in means solving a lot of small geometry problems that OEM parts weren't designed for. Shifter cables are one of the first things builders run into. Stock Fit cables are too short for the K-series transmission position, and the end links don't line up correctly, so you end up with a shifter that feels vague, binds under load, or just never quite sits right. We built these cables to fix that permanently.

Our K-Swap Fit Shifter Cables are dimensioned specifically for the GD Fit with a K24Z3, K24Z7, K20Z4, or FD2 transmission. We lengthened them to match the actual geometry of the swap and kept the correct end links so they bolt directly to your stock Fit shifter or any Hybrid Racing short shifter. No adapters, no brackets, no workarounds. Every set is custom-made, measured, and calibrated in-house before it ships, so when you install them, they feel right immediately. That's the goal: one less thing to chase down on a build that already has enough variables.

• Dimensioned for the swap, not the stock car: We designed these around the actual transmission position in a K-swapped GD Fit. OEM cables don't account for that geometry. Ours do.
• Works with your shifter: End links are compatible with the stock Honda Fit shifter and all Hybrid Racing short shifters. Direct connection, no modifications to the shifter itself.

• No bracket modifications required: For supported transmissions, it's a drop-in. You'll transfer your factory floor seal and brackets to the new cables, but there's no cutting, drilling, or fabrication involved.

A few things worth knowing before you order. These cables are specific to the transmissions listed below and won't work with other K-series transmission options or aftermarket shifter cable brackets. Because every set is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges on these, and lead times run longer than a stocked part.
