Pull out the internal emergency key, split the case in half with a flathead screwdriver, pop out the battery holder, swap the battery, and snap everything back together. You're done.

Some of these vehicle years came with different key styles that use different batteries. Look at your actual key fob and make sure it matches the pictures. If your key fob looks different, you need a different battery. To replace the battery: pull out the internal emergency key (there's usually a release button or slider on the side of the fob), use a flathead screwdriver to split the key fob case in half (there's usually a slot to pry it open), remove the battery holder from the case, swap the old battery for the new one (note which way the + side faces), put the holder back in, snap the case together, and slide the emergency key back in. Test it before you put the emergency key back to make sure it works.
