    Want to push your K20C past 400 horsepower without blowing up your turbo? The RV6 R660 Red ball bearing turbocharger gets you there. This bolt-on upgrade fits the 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type R, 2023+ Honda Civic Type R, 2024+ Acura Integra Type S, and 2018-2022 Honda Accord 2.0T.

    Why the TD05 Frame Makes All the Difference

    Your stock turbo uses a tiny TD04 frame. It spools fast, but it can't reliably handle big power. Push it past 400HP and you're gambling with your build. RV6 fixed this by using a TD05 bearing housing instead, which is about twice the size of stock. More room means stronger parts and better cooling when you're making serious power.

    Built to Handle 500+ Horsepower

    The bigger TD05 frame gave RV6 space for an oversized 8mm dual ball bearing setup. It spools quicker than stock and handles way more load. The coolant system got the same treatment with -10AN lines and passages that flow double what your factory turbo can manage. This keeps temps in check even when you're pushing 500+ horsepower.

    No More Boost Control Headaches

    The R660 uses a .81 A/R turbine housing that cuts backpressure between your engine and turbo. This fixes the boost control problems you get when smaller turbos try to make big power. RV6 also built a bypass valve right into the compressor housing, so you don't need to mess with an external blow-off valve.

    Serious Materials for Serious Heat

    The compressor wheel is a lightweight billet piece that's been point milled. On the exhaust side, you get a MAR-M super alloy turbine wheel and shaft that laughs at high temperatures and heavy loads. The turbine housing is high-silicon material made to handle the heat. RV6 used FEA analysis to dial in the blade designs on both wheels.

    Bolts Right On

    Even though it's way bigger than stock, the R660 bolts right in. Everything lines up with your factory mounting points, and all the -10AN coolant lines and fittings come with it. You'll need a pro to install it and a custom tune to make it work right.
