Skunk2’s Alpha Series Header is designed to provide enthusiasts with increased horsepower and torque across the entire powerband, making it ideal for both VTEC and non-VTEC B-series engines. Its affordability makes it accessible to all levels of car enthusiasts, while maintaining the precision and quality Skunk2 is known for.

    Featuring a 4-2-1 Tri-Y design with equal-length, sequentially paired, stepped primaries, this header maximizes exhaust flow and improves mid-range power and throttle response. The small diameter of the primary tubes ensures optimal exhaust gas speed, while the 2.5-inch outlet collector helps to boost overall performance. Built from durable materials and extensively tested, the Alpha Series Header is perfect for both street and race applications, delivering top-end power without sacrificing drivability.

    Please note that this header is designed for race applications and eliminates the catalytic converter. It requires custom fabrication of a test-pipe to fit standard cat-back exhaust systems and is not compatible with OEM catalytic converters without modification. Additionally, for installations on Type R engines, adjustments to the transmission stiffener are required.
