The TracTuff Radiator Fill Pot is a proven cooling upgrade for the K20Z3 and K24A2, K24A4, and K24A8 engines found in the 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si, 2004-2008 Acura TSX, 2003-2007 Honda Accord, and 2003-2011 Honda Element. Originally created in 2011 as a personal project, this fill pot quickly became one of TracTuff’s most requested products for its functionality, clean design, and compatibility with OEM components. The option shown here features the OEM engine angle, 2.0L configuration, standard hose connection, and close-to-OEM outlet position, making it ideal for direct-fit applications.

Machined from premium 6061-T6 aluminum, the TracTuff Radiator Fill Pot features a precision flange with a -16 ORB outlet port and a 1/2″ NPT heater port. The tank’s compact design makes excellent use of engine bay space while maintaining easy access for filling and maintenance. The kit includes four M8 socket head bolts, a 1/2″ NPT plug, and a pair of O-rings for a secure installation. The assembly is TIG-welded to sit level on engines with a 15° lean (OEM option) and maintains a factory-style fit and finish that complements any K-series setup.

This fill pot is compatible with the Hybrid Racing Type F Radiator Cap and other early model Honda radiator caps with a spring. The integrated 1/16″ NPT port allows for a connection to an overflow tank, and the standard hose outlet supports easy installation with OEM upper radiator hoses. If you prefer AN fittings, the pot can be configured with custom outlet options to suit your cooling system layout. Optional heater hose connections are also available for those who wish to retain in-cabin heat.
