The Verus Engineering Air Oil Separator (AOS) is the ideal solution for keeping your Honda Civic Type R’s intake system free from oil contamination. When oil enters the intake tract, it can reduce fuel octane levels—leading to power loss, detonation, and carbon build-up on intake valves. Designed specifically for the 2017–2021 Civic Type R, this AOS helps maintain engine efficiency and reliability under both street and track conditions.

Engineered and manufactured in-house in the USA, the Verus AOS uses four 5-micron coalescent filters—one on each inlet and outlet—combined with internal baffling and stainless mesh for unmatched crankcase air filtration. After street and track testing, significant oil retention inside the unit confirms its effectiveness in real-world use. Each separator is CNC machined from billet aluminum on Verus’ 5-axis mills, then anodized in your choice of red, blue, or black and laser-engraved for a clean, high-end finish. An optional coolant add-on kit is available for specific setups. Note: anodized finishes may fade over time due to high under-hood temperatures.
